We manufacture high-precision components and production equipment for the most demanding watch parts. This includes base plates, clamping systems and fixtures for rotary transfer machines, measuring and inspection devices, assembly tools and workpiece carriers (posages). We also produce ready-to-install watch parts in materials such as brass or titanium – from mainplates and bridges through to complex components such as tourbillons.
Driven by a striving for perfection, we produce instruments, fixtures, small precision tools and highly accurate components in the shortest possible time. We guarantee consistent product quality by adhering to the strictest controls. Quality assurance, batch traceability and inspection reports are part of our manufacturing process.
From a solid model or drawing, we offer complete manufacturing. We also design and build complete systems and interfaces based on sample parts or customer requirements. We have extensive experience in producing precise units for pick-and-place handling of electronic components, whether using vacuum cups or mechanical grippers. We are happy to share our know-how on choosing materials and surface treatments to eliminate static charge, and on selecting heat-resistant and conductive plastics.

Using the latest CAD/CAM systems and state-of-the-art CNC as well as conventional machines, we manufacture your complex components and machine elements. We ensure the immediate availability of wear parts and cost-effective standard parts through framework orders or a kanban system.
Alongside our innovative infrastructure and experience, the cost-effective realisation of your projects is ensured by a large stock of common components and standard elements. We also hold a versatile stock of raw material. This allows us to produce your fixtures in the shortest possible time, avoiding minimum order quantities and their costs.
Share your ideas on function and design right from the start. Make us part of your project team so that we can find the best solution for your test model or prototype already during design, material selection and post-treatment. With our CAD systems we can simulate and optimise the function and confirm manufacturability at any time. After successful testing and your approval, we produce the individual parts from the solid models already created.
