We erode the finest contours on miniature parts as well as complex geometries using 4-axis technology. We guarantee maximum accuracy, repeatability and surface quality on workpieces from 0.2 mm to 350 mm in height.

Turned parts of the highest accuracy using state-of-the-art technology for a wide range of industries. Driven tools make complex turned parts possible, including milling and drilling operations.

Using various hard-machining processes, we guarantee the finishing of complex workpieces. Our range covers hard milling, EDM, cylindrical and surface grinding, honing and lapping.

With state-of-the-art measuring technology, clearly defined processes and highly trained staff, we ensure maximum precision, traceability and process reliability. Inspection reports are produced on request and guarantee the quality of our products.
All CNC programs are created using CAD/CAM. If you do not supply a solid model, we construct the geometry from a drawing or a sample. All CAM data is archived and backed up per article – an advantage for modifications and repeat orders.
Shot blasting, biloxidising and satin finishing. Removal of the white layer created by EDM, peening, cleaning by blasting, descaling, deburring and blast machining.
In addition to production, we assemble components, fixtures and assemblies according to your parts lists and specifications, and adjust them accordingly.
Thanks to flexible staff and short internal routes, we complete urgent orders within 1 to 5 working days.
